Transportation Expenses For Medical Personnel Assisting Hubei Will Be Borne By The Same Level Of Finance

According to the website of the National Health and Health Commission, recently, the General Office of the Ministry of Finance and the General Office of the National Health and Health Commission jointly issued the “Notice on Improving the Living Security of Medical Personnel Dispatched by the Central Government to Support the COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control in Hubei Province.” It was proposed that the transportation costs of the medical personnel to and from Hubei Province should be borne by the organization’s financial department at the same level; the recipient area should be responsible for arranging the living, clothing, housing, and transportation of the medical personnel at the area, and the required costs should be borne by the recipient.

In order to further complete the central dispatch of medical staff to support the COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control work in Hubei Province (including medical staff sent by national organizations to Hubei Province, inter-provincial counterparts dispatched in accordance with the unified national requirements to support medical cities in Hubei Province, all include Disease control personnel (hereinafter collectively referred to as medical personnel assisting Hubei) are hereby notified of related work as follows:
1. The transportation costs of medical personnel to and from Hubei Province to and from Hubei Province shall be borne by the same-level finance of the unit that sent them.
2. The aided place is responsible for arranging the living, food, shelter and other living guarantees of medical personnel in aid E, and the required expenses shall be borne by the aided place.
3. The aided place is responsible for statistics on the workload of temporary work subsidies for medical personnel assisting Hubei, which shall be submitted separately to the State Health and Health Commission by the dispatched provinces. The subsidy funds shall be advanced by the financial department of the dispatched area in accordance with regulations, and the central government shall settle the accounts according to the actual situation. Earlier, it has been distributed by the aided places, and the places of dispatch are no longer issued repeatedly.
4. Other policies on the treatment of medical personnel assisted by Hubei that are promulgated by the local governments shall be implemented and bear the costs by the local governments that have promulgated the policies.
