Great Wall Motor Sold 136,000 Vehicles In October

Great Wall Motor’s October sales reached a new high. Recently, Great Wall Motor released sales data for October 2020. In October, Great Wall Motors sold 135,559 new vehicles, an increase of 18% year-on-year and a month-on-month increase of 15%, setting a new monthly sales high. Among them, the domestic market increased by 13% year-on-year and month-on-month, and overseas sales rose by 148% year-on-year and 39% month-on-month. From January to October, the cumulative sales of Great Wall Motors reached 816,249 units.
In October, Great Wall Motors continued its efforts in renewing products and marketing, and the four major brands of Haval, WEY, Euler and Great Wall Pickup continued to perform strongly in Jinjiu. Among them, the Haval brand sold 97,950 vehicles in October, up 13% year-on-year and 24% month-on-month; cumulative sales from January to October reached 542,931 vehicles. Haval H6 sold 52,734 units in October, an increase of 30% year-on-year and month-on-month. The third-generation Haval H6 sold 20,775 units in the month. In October, the sales of Haval F7 reached 13,090 units, a 4% increase from the previous month, and continued to maintain a steady monthly sales of over 10,000. After the launch of the 15,000 super replacement policy for unlimited brands in November, the competitiveness of Haval F7 will further rise, and it is bound to become the trendy choice of young consumers.
Great Wall pickup trucks have a strong momentum of development. October sold 20,405 vehicles, an increase of 28% year-on-year. For six consecutive months, sales exceeded 20,000 vehicles, with a market share of nearly 50%. Among them, the Great Wall Artillery sold 11,291 units in October, breaking 10,000 sales for six consecutive months, and continued to rank first in sales of high-end pickup trucks.
The WEY brand sold 9,076 vehicles in October and has won the favor of over 380,000 users.
The Euler brand sold 8,011 new cars in October, a year-on-year increase of 352% and a month-on-month increase of 21%. The new generation of Chimei Runner Euler Good Cat will be launched on November 24.
