On April 3, Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Hua Chunying said that diplomats enjoy immunity, and Hua Chunying said that the virus will not give diplomats immunity. Taking into account the current situation and the safety of diplomatic and consular personnel of various countries in China, we recommend that the missions suspend arrangements to return to Beijing or rotate them before May 15.
