The 2021 Beijing Michelin Guide was released in Beijing. At the press conference, in addition to 26 Beijing Michelin one-star restaurants, 2 Michelin two-star restaurants, and 2 Michelin three-star restaurants, the list also included 51 Michelin plate award restaurants and 17 Bibi Deng restaurants.
