Wuhan and Hubei should do a good job in the treatment of critically ill patients, and promptly treat new cases. All localities should insist on the truth-seeking, open and transparent release of information, and must not conceal false reports. Once an epidemic situation is discovered, it should be accurately controlled and controlled in the place where cases occur and may spread. Precise and effective prevention of cross-border input and output of the epidemic situation provides the international community with all its power and help to fight the epidemic situation. Our embassies and consulates abroad and related parties must strive to do a good job in consular protection and epidemic protection for our overseas citizens.
The meeting pointed out that the vast majority of provinces in the country that continue to have low risks must, in the meantime, scientifically and precisely prevent and control them, promptly cancel the preventive and control measures that do not fit the normal production and living order. The resumption of work should not be postponed without approval. Except for personnel from high-risk and medium-risk areas, other personnel will not be quarantined before taking up employment. Compact local and unit responsibilities, and do a good job of workplace prevention and control and employee protection. Localities should retain systems such as fever clinics, maintain emergency response capabilities, and achieve the “four early”.
The meeting requested that the State Council ’s joint prevention and control mechanism should guide local governments to dock with Hubei, and do a good job of returning home for people stranded in Hubei in a safe and orderly manner.
