Chen Bei said that Beijing personnel stranded in Wuhan must have a nucleic acid test within seven days before returning to Beijing, and they can only buy tickets if the result is negative. After arriving in Beijing, you must enter the community with a nucleic acid test certificate.
When returning to Beijing by rail, after the train arrives in Beijing, each area will arrange special vehicles to be sent to the residence and centralized observation point to achieve point-to-point docking and closed-loop management of the whole process.
Nucleic acid testing before the expiry of the observation period
Chen Bei said that after staying in Wuhan and Beijing, people who have fixed residence in Beijing will strictly observe home observation for 14 days. If there is no fixed residence or does not have the conditions to live at home, the district will arrange for 14 days of centralized observation at their own expense.
Before the expiry of the home or concentrated observation period, the district disease control department shall conduct a nucleic acid test. If the result is negative, the observation may be released.
Gao Xiaojun, a spokesman for the Beijing Municipal Health and Health Commission, said that from April 8th, COVID-19 virus nucleic acid testing will be conducted on those returning from Beijing who cannot provide a negative report of the COVID-19 virus nucleic acid test within 7 days.
Persons leaving China who will return to Beijing by high-speed train or self-driving car will collect samples and carry out nucleic acid testing at designated places in the district where their place of residence is located. All personnel returning to Beijing will be released for 14 days. Before home or centralized isolation medical observation, nucleic acid detection is carried out by each district.
